I can’t add media to my gallery

Are you able to provide a bit more detail about what you’re seeing on screen?

Is it possible to provide a screenshot that we can look at?

Would you please go to the FooGallery -> Settings page and clear both the HTML and CSS cache buttons to confirm this caching isn’t interfering.

Next, edit your gallery and in the right hand sidebar click the “Clear Thumbnail Cache” button to regenerate your thumbnails.

If you are still not seeing your images, would you please FooGallery -> System Info and reply back with those details?

I have tried clearing the cache etc but I still don’t see any images on the edit gallery page. What info do you want from the system info page? I’m not sure how to take a screenshot.

I’ve also tried rolling back to a previous version of Foogallery but that doesn’t work either.

Ok Phill. I seem to have sorted it now. It was my error, not the plugin.

@donarmado – what were you doing wrong? I have a client with the same problem – can’t add to greyed out galleries – but I can’t replicate the problem here. She’s not very technical so I’m hoping you might have a clue why hers isn’t working and mine is. She’s tried 2 browsers, but it does work on her mobile / cell.

there were some up and down arrows at the side which when I clicked on brought up the thumbnails. that’s all it was in the end.
