i can’t add or delete new plugins in my website dashboard?

In my WordPress website, i can’t add or delete website theme and plugins. can anyone help me to solve this.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Are you able to deactivate plugins?

If that is possible temporarily deactivate all plugins, if the issue is resolved activate them one by one to see what the issue could be.

Hi @tamzid23 alright, you can try to disable the plugins from your theme files. If you have never accessed your theme files I would suggest checking with your host about how you can do this.

1. Once you are in your theme files open WP-CONTENT folder. Double-click on it to open.
2. Double-click on the PLUGINS folder in order to see its contents.
3. Right-click on the plugin file names in order to rename them.

Rename each plugin folder you will find, this will disable the plugin. You can activate them again by renaming your plugin folders back.

I encourage you to keep a backup of your site when doing this, you can find an option to disable all plugins at once in this article.
