I cant add products at all

    I just installed Jigoshop and I have followed the video to add a product.
    Yet all I can see is an empty box, no image, ‘price not announced yt’ (when I have filled it in and not even the title or description.

    I have sat here now for 3 hours trying to make this work and cant. I thought this was supposed to be simple?

    PLease help? I am a new business start up and I need this to work
