I can’t add subscribers manually

    Dear support
    We’ve noticed that some email addresses are not added when we do it manually one by one in Mailpoet > Suscribers > Add New.
    They are addeded correctly when we import them pasting in the textarea

    Beside that, we noticed that when we try to add some dummy email addreses for testing purpose they are added with no problem, but when they are real they don’t ??

    Do you know what could be the problem?

    Thanks for writing. This is indeed unexpected behavior. You should be able to manually subscribers especially if they are real emails. Can you let us know what you see when you can’t add email addresses? Do you see any error messages?

    Thanks for replying so fast.
    When I add some email address I see the succesed message, however the email address does not show up in the suscribers list.
    Please, take a look in this video where I try to add two real emai addresses https://www.loom.com/share/c2cb742ec75e4e649fcbd2e08e450382
    I’ve cloned this site to an staging enviroment (in other server) and the issue still remains.
    If you provide me an email address, I can send you access to take a look by your own ??

    Thanks for writing back. Please check if the subscriber you added was previously moved to the Trash. If their record still in the Trash, they won’t be added to a new list or added as a new subscriber. You will first need to either restore it from the Trash or delete them permanently so the subscriber can be re-added.
