i cant add the event to check out

    when i add an event to cart it saying an error ‘Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.’

    so i cant check purchase event ,

    kindly look into this

    Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This is because you are using the Dokan multivendor plugin. And recently, Dokan changed their purchasing system. As a vendor, you can not purchase your own product. As you are in administration, this is also like working as a vendor. And that’s why it is not giving you permission to purchase. You can check your event purchase in incognito or private mode as a customer.

    Or you can test by deactivating the Dokan plugin to check your Event purchase.

    Sorry to say that, we only have the checkbox option. The dropdown is not available right now. You can manage them using a checkbox or radio button.
