I can’t believe, it simply reseted my whole form!! x-(

    After days working in my form, I made a final modification (I added a HTML content and put some style in it). Then I’ve updated and the form builder wasn’t appearing anymore.

    Then, I went back to the plugin home and pressed the “Update” button. Why?? Now my form is gone, and all I can see is a bunch of empty fields sliders and broken text.

    HOURS, MANY HOURS OF WORK LOST :(((

    I’m devastated. I’ll try to get a backup with my host, but still… I won’t be able to make it again in time by tomorrow. I don’t even know what to think…

    Hi @zuccherato,

    My apologies for the inconveniences, the issue may be related with an error of database encoding, for example, if you have copied and pasted the code from an external editor with characters UTF-8 BOM, and the database do not support them.

    Could you create a ticket in my private website with the access to your WordPress, and indicate the broken form, please?

    It’s ok, I’ve rewritten the form already.

    The problem happened when I cut and pasted CSS code to be displayed in the HTML form field.

    I’ll be more careful next time I do this and I’ll backup the form before. However, I’d suggest something to be done about it, or to fix this or, at least, insert a undo version feature.
