I can’t block a category for visitors

    I have this set up on a local server, but I can put it on the web if needed.

    I’m trying to block the entire “uncategorized” category for non-admins.

    I can block the posts, but their titles still show up on the category page (/category/uncategorized).

    And, I can’t seem to block the category page.

    They are:

    • A Post with Category: Uncategorized
    • A Categories with IDs: 1
    • Categories: Selected: Uncategorized
