I can’t buy the pro version, shop experience very strange

I’m trying to purchase the Pro version of this plugin but the shopping experience is very strange. Can’t see what’s in my ‘cart’, online support is very slow, on-site support seems to be virtually abandoned, despite saying ‘we are online’. I hope the product is better than the procedure involved to actually acquire it.
