I cant change blog title to Eng/Japanese in 2.3.2 – “Anime ?????”

  • My blog title is “Anime アニメ” but after installing 2.3.2 i only get question marks ???? instead of “Anime アニメ”. I mean after i do the change it becomes “Anime ????” Before in previous versions like 2.3.1, etc. I was able to add japanese words to the title without any problem.

    What could it be the problem? : ( i guess i must change something related to UTF-8 ?
