I can’t change Registration email/URL:

I have the same issue. Please fix this. It was fixed using the version on the github repository but came back on the latest version.

Still having this issue on 3.1.37.1. Have isolated this issue to the plugin (all other plugins deactivated).

Rolling back to 3.1.36 for now, as that version does not have this issue.

After upgrading to the latest version of the plugin, updating the URL field with a link does work after clicking Update (or Save Draft); however, if I were to reload the page, the Registration Email/URL field defaults back to my email address.

Is anyone else in this thread experiencing this issue?

Yes! We are still experiencing this on all sites AFTER updating to latest version. Have had to roll back to 3.1.36 to restore this functionality.

This is happening to us as well. After recent Version: 3.1.37.1 with all the other fixes applied for that release, this is still a continuing problem. Any update on this??
