I can’t change the Big Title in home page

  • I have found similar problem on this about Responsive Boat theme but I am not sure the issue is the same and what code I have to change.

    I am reporting an issue on my website https://www.mezzamaratonancona.it the theme is zerif lite.
    On Customize, I can’t change the big title. Everytime I go on customize > front page section > big title section > main content > big title and I try to change it, it does change temporary for a few seconds then it reloads itself and it get back to the previous title…
    I don’t know what the issue can be.

    Also the red button doesn’t appear once I fill the form.

  • Hi There,

    This might be happening because of a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all the plugins and then check the customizer after clearing the cache.

    You can find which one is affecting exactly by activating them one by one.

    Vishakha Thank you for replying,

    I followed your advice to deactivate the plugins, I cleared the browser cache and restarted the browser but even with all plugin deactivacted the issue is still there.

    What else I can do?
