i can't change the featured image of the product

i am working with Custom Community theme, and i can’t change the size of the picture of the product, it shows square and the dimension is ultered, it is not like i uploaded it in the feature image,
it gets the picture from a 300×300 croped copy from the original
how can i make it just take the original instead?
