I can’t change the plugin properties.

    I’ve had the plugin installed for a couple of months now, and at first it worked fine, I activated it on the pages I was interested in and it worked correctly.
    Then I put it on the whole site, and now I can’t change where it appears. In fact I can’t even remove it, I uninstall it and it keeps appearing and working… Does anyone know why this happens?

    Hi,

    We can set the display settings from ‘Click to Chat’ settings page in ‘Dispaly settings’ section

    Or

    We can change the display setting from page-level settings.

    If the changes are reflecting at front end, It might be cache issue, please clear the cache and test.
