Even by refreshing the page the window still exists over the dashboard?

Yes, popup can’t be closed IN any way.
The best way ti solve the problem is removing popup.
Intrusive methods are not recommended.

Please, use another system IN order ti add ads IN tour plugin.

Could you please send us the list of your plugins and version of your WordPress installed? Might be an incompatibility issue, we need to investigate them as well.

And please tell us what version of PHP you are using on your web server.

And also please install “Query Monitor” plugin and then refresh the dashboard page of Master Slider. If the page has an error, this plugin will display a red menu in admin bar and will provide you more details about the error. You can sed the error for us, that would be a great help.

having somewhat similar problems to the people above, since your patch 2 days ago my wp-admin (i use wordpress.com) section continually refreshes and in so doing, forces the advertisement to re-appear. I mainly use google chrome version 62.0.3202.94. But i also tested to make sure it wasn’t my browser: Firefox 56.0.2. I’m not sure how to check my wordpress version outside of the code, which i can’t see because i’m locked out of the admin section.. The website itself still works, which leads me to believe the main problem is the forced pop-up ad (which i’ve never noticed before now, so i’m guessing it is new) which only shows in the admin section. The website in question:

I don’t believe any of the other plugins are the problem, since everything worked perfectly before, but since you asked, my list of plugins:

I’d love a fix, since my customer wants me to update something i can’t access currently without disabling the site’s slider, which understandably, he does not want me to do. Please help.

EDIT: also, since my page continually refreshes, i’m having no luck using the inspect tool/other tools that read data from the page, since again: it refreshes.

Why you don’t release a new versión to stop popup and THEN you search for solve the problem?
I can’t understand why you won’t to stop popup, many users say to you that can’t work IN the dashboard for this problemas in the plugin.
