This is the message I am receiving: Let’s get your site ready for ads
After you’ve finished setting up your account, we’ll let you know when your site is ready to show ads. This usually takes less than a day, but it can sometimes take a bit longer.

Go to your AdSense account to check on your site’s status or to complete setting up

I contacted Google who said I need to contact yourselves. I am going round in circles because it keeps saying your have already set up your adsense account. Something is missing from mine and there’s no way of completing this procedure. I have been finding it difficult now for over a week the other things were relevantly easy.
    Please help me with it.

@lyndseywhittle In similar cases users AdSense account approval or site level approval can take longer than expected, or there can be aspects of a users site which need to be addressed.

While we’re limited to Site Kit support if you’d like to share your Site Health information we can confirm the AdSense module is setup and connected correctly, with Site Kit placing the required Auto ads snippet on your site.

But in the end I had to add an inserter plugin and insert the code into the header because there was no other way of doing it. Google declined it anyway due to the busy amount that they are receiving.

@lyndseywhittle Sorry to hear it didn’t work as expected. There have been cases whereby inserting the snippet via Site Kit appears fine when checking your Site Kit settings although the snippet may not appear when checking your source code. This may indicate an AdSense not yet approved or other status.

If you do wish to revisit the AdSense module within Site Kit we’re happy to check your setup if you share your Site Health info. You can share privately using this form.

Thanks James, well we will see what happens and if they accept it again but yes something seems to be missing from the plugin and it said it was active but I couldn’t insert the code anywhere on that plugin.

@lyndseywhittle The messaging can be confusing, even more so if you don’t see the snippet placed in your sites course code. If you do decide to use Site Kit once more and encounter any issues feel free to get in touch.
