I can’t control the number of items on the results page

  • I have oceanwp theme + custom elementor page for search results.
    It always shows me 8 items. I can’t get it to show more.

    Hi,

    For the internal wordpress search results the number of results is not limited, only the posts per page, which can be changed on the Reading wordpress submenu.

    In case of elementor, make sure the results limit is not set to 8 on the elementor widget. The search plugin also has a hard limit of 1000 results max, so that should not affect the number of results there.
