I can't Copy Roles and Exceptions from a role to another role

Great plugin!
When edit a group (for eg. [WP Editor]) in Clone tab, and i want to Copy Roles and Exceptions from [WP Shop Manager], when I press “Do Clone” button, then a blank page with adress https://www.mysite.com//wp-admin/admin.php appear and nothing happens.
Is a premium featured or is necessary to do something else?Mention that I disabled all plugins to be sure that is no conflict between them.
