I can't create post as a user

    Does the user have access to wp-admin?

    yes , I can’t attach screen shot from my admin panel here but here it is :
    Ultimate Member >>User Roles >> Author >> “Can access wp-admin? Yes”
    is there anything else that I should consider checking?

    We’ll need wp-admin access to try that, if they have access to backend they should write posts no problem. Please write on our support forum for more details ??
