I can’t create private page from USERS menu

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The pages are automatically generated for all the users. Also, you have to option to generate pages for the already existing users.

If you click on the “View all pages”, you will be able to view and edit all of your current private pages.

I can create new pages, but I can’t link them with specific user.
It would be better to add a link on USERS list in order to create and link a new private page.

The pages are linked automatically to each user. As I have said, if you want to edit a specific page for a specific user, click on the “View all pages” and you will see your user + their pages.

But, if a page was deleted accidentally, I can’t create a new one and sync it with user manually?

You can click on ” Generate pages for existing users ” and a new page will be generated for that user again.

Dashboard –> Hover over the Users Tab –> Client Portal Settings –> Generate Pages

I’ve 5000 subsribers, I don’t need to generate one page for every user.
I just only need to create single page for one user.

Unfortunately, Client Portal works either for all users, or for none. This is hoe it’s designed to work at the moment.

@danicasati you can still use the “Generate pages for existing users” button and if all the other users already have pages, it will generate just the one you accidentally deleted. It won’t duplicate the others.
