i can't deactivate pin it lite. can't get into my site

    i tried to click the pin it pro which was already activated but accidentally clicked the lite button. now the only thing i see on my whole site is a one line message telling me to deactivate but i can’t get to any screens. help!!!

    You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to delete that plugin from the site files on the server – find the plugins folder here:

    wp-content
    plugins
       pinit pro - delete this folder

    how do i get to that? I’m very new at this. not sure what a ftp or cpanel is

    It’s a way to access your site files on the server – where is your site hosted? They should have info about how to do that on your site.
