    If you are trying to download the backup file but the browser displays a large quantity of garbled text instead, then you can fix this problem by adding your custom MIME types in your hosting dashboard.
    Please try to add sgbp extension as application/octet-stream, this should help you with the issue.
    You can also try these steps:
    1. Right-click the file
    2. Select “Save as”
    What is more, you can connect via FTP client (e.g. Cyberduck or FileZilla) and download your backups from “wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/”
