    Hello @ijuarezpetra ,

Please download the backup file manually, then upload it to the website where you want to restore it.

Please also navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug info with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

Please paste the debug code in your reply.

    Kind regards

    Hi @ijuarezpetra

Please go to Troubleshooting section -> Check advanced options -> at the bottom reset our plugin configuration to default settings.

Something is not right and it seems like your website is not connected to Google Drive (it was never configured for it).

Keep in mind that after resetting the configuration it will also reset your backup storage directory path (which you can set in second section of our plugin), you may want to save the path before resetting the configuration and set it back to the same path after reset.

Otherwise it may not display older backups on the list (before reset).

In your drive.google.com you should be able to find directory named BACKUP_MIGRATION_BACKUPS, here you can access all your backup as .ZIP files and then upload them manually to any site via our uploads area.

Please also keep in mind that Google Drive is part of premium extension and based on the debug code it is not activated on the site where you generated it which may be the reason why I couldn’t see the configuration for it (related thing I wrote earlier). If you want to access Google Drive backups directly in our plugin settings, you need to enable premium extension.

Let me know if that helps you get the backup file ??
    Thank you!

We found a problem, we worked our website on a local host, when migrating to a server we had a problem with the plugging since the storage path that is registered is that of the local host and not that of the current site. I don’t know what the problem could be. be resolved by removing the plugin and reinstalling it
