For two years everything was ok. For a month now, when I try to generate a pdf file, a critical error pops up.<font _mstmutation=”1″></font>

    Hi @przemokrzak,
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

A critical error may be caused by conflicts with other plugins, a PHP version issue, or missing dependencies. Please try the following steps:

    1. Check for conflicts – Temporarily disable other plugins and test again.
    2. Update PHP version – Ensure your server runs PHP 7.4 to 8.1, as these are compatible with Challan.
    3. Enable/Disable debugging – Go to Challan Settings > check the “Enable Debug Mode” option – https://prnt.sc/w9gQR46sxvlW.
    4. Reinstall the plugin – Deactivate, delete, and reinstall Challan to ensure no corrupted files.

If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Hi,

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are using PHP 8.4, which may not be compatible. Please try switching to PHP 7.4 to 8.1.

If you are using the Challan Pro version, we are unable to provide support here due to forum guidelines. This could also be a site-specific issue. For further assistance, please contact our technical support team at webappick.com/contact.
