    Hi there, I am using plugins Permissions and Capabilities but since adding your plugin I am unable to actually edit the image e.g. I want to resize it not replace it. Is this something from your plugin or something else?

    Our plugin only lets you to replace the image. Editing it is something related to WordPress itself, so I suggest you contacting the Permissions and Capabilities plugin support team for further assistance ??
