  • Clear your browser cache and try again

I tried that (ctrl F5) but did not fix it…same errors

Have you checked front end? Is your front end working without any problem?

Do you have any caching plugin installed ? If so try to clear plugin cache and try.

No the front end has issue as well: java script console

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function gold_cart.js?ver=4.0:34

Please advise how to clear plugin cache – not sure if I have caching plugins.

Have you tried deactivating all your plugins to see if it could be a plugin conflict? I have a weird feeling it may be an ecommerce plugin. I only say that because the file gold_cart.js? gives a rough idea. I could be wrong though.

Yes I did deactivated each one of them and no fixes.

    Hi,

Try wordpress plugins which provides you javascript libraries.
I recommend Use Google Library plugin for this.

I installed Google Library and nothing happened. Same error. I turned off every single plugins but that didn’t get rid of the errors either. I tried switching over to the default theme and nothing changed.

I’m having the same issue… ive done the following:

    • dumped the cache
    • fresh install files
    • deactivated plugins
    • tried default theme
    • reset plugin folder
    • added “define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);” to the wp_config file
    • tried multiple browsers and machines
