I can't edit my second blog out of 4

Hi. I just recently upgraded my multisite. I have updated 3 (blog id 5, 7, and 8) of the blogs with new templates. The problem I am having is updating the last blog (blog id 2). When I go to the dashboard, the url is correct but the number of posts showing is wrong. It’s showing the number of posts from the root blog, stlukesblogs.org.

I don’t know what to do. I checked the database, and everything seems to be there. I didn’t get a prompt to update the database though… Should I have gotten a prompt when upgrading the network?
