I can't embed the Mailchimp form correctly.

    I hope someone can help.
    I need to embed this form https://eepurl.com/rU9-9 in this page https://www.mid-century-home.com/modernism-rediscovered-giveaway

    As you can see the form doesn’t look like it should be.
    I placed the CSS block code of the form in my style.css but it still doesn’t look as it should, it’s messy! ??

    I checked the existing posts in the forum but I could not find anything useful for my case. It’s probably a quick and small fix that I can not figure out.

    I don’t want to use the plugin as it looks even worse.

    Please help as I need it for my very first giveaway and can not look bad.
