I can't exlude page from live search

  • I’m wondering this too. I tried entering the recommended permalink id like the instruction says and get nothing. Because my site uses the month and name permalink, I tried entering the slug to the page and still nothing happens.

    How do we exclude pages from live search?

    I have exactly the same problem, I’ ve tried with the recommended ids and it doesn’t work, I’ve clean my cache and nothing.

    Can someone help us? Thanks

    Hey guys, there’s a little note on that exceptions area that might help clear some things up –

    “NOTE: These pages will still be returned in search results. This only disables the Live Search feature for the search box on these pages.”

    Damn you are right ?? So how to exlude a page from search result?

    Dave’s Live Search can’t do things like that. You have to install a plugin like Relevanssi and do some configuration: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/relevanssi/
