I cant find DHL as shipping method

    Hi guys,

    This is my website: https://www.flexpoint.com/cart/

    Plugin DHL (BASIC) is already enabled and enter all the required fields including:

    Account Number, Site ID and Password. You can verify from the below screenshot.

    These are the credentials that I am using :

    account: 845825578
    site id: flexpoint
    pass: ship

    Also Debug mode is enabled and you can see the error on cart page from that website Link.

    Error : “<ConditionData>Error in parsing request XML:Error:
    Datatype error: In element &apos;Password&apos; :
    Value &apos;ship&apos; with length &apos;4&apos; is
    less than minimum length facet of &apos;8&apos;.. at
    line 9, column 30</ConditionData>”

    It seems you are entered wrong credentials. The password required minimum 8 characters. Please double check the credentials or contact DHL.
