I can’t find ecomm_prodid

    Hello,

    I can’t find ecomm_prodid in google tag manager and google ads shows that it does not receive this parameter. I have tried it without you are logged in as admin.

    Can you help me please?

    Hi Oscar

    When using our plugin you won’t have to use Google Tag Manager for processing the remarketing data. Our plugin sends it automatically to Google Ads.

    In the past months we got more requests of people who thought our plugin works with Google Tag Manager. I wonder why, and I guess our documentation is not clear enough.

    Was there something in our documentation that pointed you to the assumption that the plugin works with Google Tag Manager?

    Hi Alekv,

    First of all thank you very much for your reply.

    I thought about using google tag manager to try to see why Google Ads shows me that I am not sending that parameter.

    The message in google ads is:

    Problem: Ecomm_prodid parameter values ??have never been received.

    What can cause this?

    Without this parameter it won’t let me implement google shopping
