I can’t find the tagging feature supposed to be built-in in WP2.2

I’ve installed WP2.2 and heard that this new versionw would have built-in tagging capabilities. But I can’t find where i’m supposed to enter the tags in “admin>write>write post” – there’s no “tag” input field??
