I can’t get into my website as admin

    Hi there!
    So your plug in was installed with an update, which is cool. Two days ago I signed up for 2factor authentication. Awesome. Used an authentication app and everything seemed to work. Today i cleaned up my computer to seed it up and not thinking it would impact this i tried to log into the site with no luck. Password doesn’t work. Reset password results in password reset link. Click on it, reset it, password manager saves it. Try to log in – no luck. Then I get an email that someone (me) tried to log in (yup my IP, which was whitelisted)… so, can you please help me get in. There is no way to enter the second authentication to verify that i am who i say i am… even locked myself out, then thanks to email i unlocked myself but still no luck. can’t get in to save my life! Thank for your help and speedy response.

    I figured it out… there is no pop up like most other sites/place have where you can enter your 2nd verification code to enter… found a document that explains that auth code can (I would say should) be added at the back of the password upon logging in and voila it worked. a bit challenging to find but got it resolved. back to work now!
