    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    Please navigate to Dashboard > Updates and see if you can update from there?

    If not, updates might be disabled on your site (possibly by your developer or your user role) however it’s difficult to say as this would then be site-specific.

    An alternative would be to deactivate and uninstall the plugin and reinstall the latest version from www.ads-software.com. Be sure to run a full backup of your site before doing any of this.
