    It looks like you’re including multiple copies of jQuery on the page. This can definitely cause the autocomplete to not work. You’ll want to find the extra jQuery inclusion and remove that. Typically you should remove whatever version is NOT the one being generated from WP core as most plugins that utilize jQuery will expect that version to be there.
