I can't get my website/login to load. There is just a blank page

  • Hi everyone, could someone please offer a solution to my current problem? I’ve been trying to fix my site for hours, but I can’t seem to find a solution. Every time I try to visit my website (chscourier.com)/log in, there is just a blank page. I have tried looking for solutions and even did some of the suggestions, but my attempts have been futile.

    I also tried checking if the problem was with just my computer, so I tried accessing my site with another computer and I ran into the same problems. This problem only seems to be happening on an actual computer because I tried looking at my mobile sight, and it is completely fine.

    Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

    Have a look at your config file although you have wordpress files on that server. By going to https://chscourier.com/readme.html we know there is an instal there. If your config file check you have the std wordpress htaccess in your root. Have a read of that readme file on your server and make sure everything is ok.

    I’m not sure if I am missing something, but when I open wp-admin/install.php in a separate browser it says “You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.” and there is a log in button, but when I click on the button there isn’t even a log in area.
