    Hi there,

I’m sorry but I’m afraid I do not quite understand what you mean. You want the box to stay hidden after someone closes it? To do this you will have to set a “cookie time” in the box settings.

How does the Jetpack Subscribe form work, using a shortcode? If so, you can place the shortcode in the box content editor and then Boxzilla will take care of it.

Let us know how we can help. ??

    Hi!

Sorry, i would try explain better: what I want is that when someone visits the page for the first time and appear the popup automatically if this person does not close the popup with the X i want in settings put a few minutes to hide the pop up when the people don’t close it…

I don’t think this was ever an option with STB or Boxzilla.

You could write your own Javascript to do this, but it would be a bit complicated as you probably don’t want to close the box if there is any interaction (mouse over the box for example).

But in STB you can in the settings ‘Hide box automatically after it has been visible for’ 20 seconds, for example. But in boxzilla you can do this in the settings of the plugin…
