I thoroughly checked your website and saw you removed the logo but I didn’t see the demo’s logo. Screenshots: https://postimg.cc/gallery/9F3wxgV.

Would you please share a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

In the meantime, you can upload your desired logon in two places in WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer:

1. Logo on the main header:
Go to the Customizer > Header > Logo.

2. Logo on the mobile menu:
Go to the Customizer > Header > Mobile Menu.

Only when the logo is set on the pages through the metabox is the logo change in the customizer not applied to those pages.

So, to set the logo only from the general settings, please navigate to the edit page, click on the “O” logo at the top-right of the page, and remove the logo from the logo tab; like this one as an example: https://postimg.cc/grfDjJk3.
