    Hello,

Pretty much what the topic says.
I am organizing an e-commerce shop using shopengine, elementor and woocommerce plugins.
I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong but I have made the shop, checkout, cart, archive and single product pages under the builder templates tab.

Problem is I can’t seem to link the created pages on to a button. and if I try to it just sends me to a white page. can someone help please?

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @seven009,

I’ve checked you website. Maybe you’ve removed default WooCommerce Pages like shop, cart, checkout and Myaccount. Please be informed that the ShopEngine is based on WooCommerce plugin. When you create a Shop Template from ShopEngine > Builder templates, it will override default WooCommerce Shop page. It won’t work without WooCommerce default pages.

In order to recreate default WooCommerce pages, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages.

After that, create required templates from ShopEngine > Builder Templates and make it active.

Now you can assign the shop page in the button URL as “/shop”, it will redirect you to the shop page.

Details in the video, hope this video will help you.

    Best Regards

    Arif

    Hello Arif,

The default WooCommerce pages have not been removed, as a matter of fact I have seen what you are suggesting on a different thread and tried to fix it using that but no change in results. Tried it again after reading this as well still no difference.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

In most cases, it happens when someone removed the WooCmmerce default pages. That’s why I stated it first. If your pages exist, I would request you reset your permalink structures following this video.

Also, clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists even after that, please reinstall both plugins WooCommerce and ShopEngine. In this case, make sure that you’re using the latest versions of plugins.

    Regards,
    Arif
