I can't log in

I need help. Yesterday while in the middle of a post I was kicked off of my website at https://www.blogrightwingpolitics.com Now, I can’t log in at all. I put in my credentials, the page refreshes and puts me right back at the log in to repeat the process. It is driving me crazy and I cannot find any forums to help me. The company that is supposed to be helping me, the one who set up the website (absolute Marketing) are never available to answer their phones. Help, I am sending out an S.O.S. to the world!
