    I can’t login to my dashboard for this problem. what to do? how can fix it? please help.

    What plugin are you using to create a recaptcha on your login? You should disable it. Via FTP or your hosting control panel, delete it from wp-content/plugins

    sir, I am using recaptcha on my theme maybe. that’s making a problem.

    No, it’s from the pro version of the ithemes security plugin.

    If deleting the plugin does not help, contact their support.

    As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
