  • I can’t log in with my account when I reset my wordpress.
    the system response is: Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

    If there is an “admin” user and it’s not you, then that user will be kept and not yours. Have you tried logging-in with the admin user?

    when I finished the reset, the wordpress sent me an email:

    Your WordPress site has been successfully reset, and can be accessed at:

    https://www.nyxfox.com

    You can log in to the administrator account with the following information:

    Username: [email protected]
    Password: previously specified password
    Log in here: https://www.nyxfox.com/wp-login.php
