I can't log into my site

  • I cannot get to the Login page for my site. When I tried, I was given a response that due to inactivity since 2011, that I needed to email [email protected] for a new password. I sent the email over a week ago, and have not heard back. In addition, the employee who previously managed the site is no longer with us, and therefore, the email account attached to the site is inactive. The domain contact has been changed from the previous employee, and I sent the email from the email account registered to the domain. What do I do?? I desperately need to get into the site so I can update the content.
