I CANT LOGIN INTO MY ADMIN PANEL

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the custom logins folder in wp-content/plugins.

am new to this hosting stuff can the hosting company do this for me because i contact them and they told me they have nothing to do with it they just host sites. do you have any other option for me please

The only way to do this would be to manually reset your plugins, either via the way that esmi suggested above, or the other method listed here.

Some hosting providers would be willing to help you do this (at least the ones who want your business would), but others have a strict policy of not support third-party scripts, like WordPress.

am new this my first time hosting a site. i started hosting sites 1 week ago i don’t know how to do this. is there a way i can login into wordpress dash panel using my cpanal?

Strangegee — In cpanel you should have an option for a “File Managager” (exact name may vary depending on your host). Once you are in the file manager you should be able to navigate to the wp-content folder, then look in the plugins folder. There should be a subfolder for custom logins and you should be able to delete it. At that point the regular log in process should work.
