I can’t make an update

That error is inside core. So, my question would be what plugins do you have enabled and have you tried disabling those one by one, run thru a few troubleshooting processes.

Switch to a different theme temporarily as well and back to see if it’s theme related.

I diactivate all plugins, and switch to other theme, but the same error always appear.

Okay, then what version of WP are you running and what version of PHP is your host got you on?

WP Version 5.3.2
PHP vesrion 7.2

Odd. Something might not have been updated with your core. I believe the file is located elsewhere now.

Try this:

1. Download that file and save it to your desktop. Just in case.

2. Grab this file and replace the old one.

Then clear cache and refresh.

Sorry, scratch that. I thought that was the latest.

I wish they would update the dates. Ugh. That file is good. Sorry. It said some older date and I was tripping out.

LOL man oh man. I mean at this point you could simply just override the entire wp-admin folder if you wanted. Something isn’t updating despite you being on the latest version of WP.
