I can’t make changes because I keep getting blocked

Hi, All of a sudden when I try to make changes to my website through WordPress I keep getting a message saying ‘Sorry, your request has been blocked’ by BitNinja. I went to the Spamhaus website to get it unblocked, and they said ‘Delisting successful’ but as soon as I go back on (even after waiting over 24 hrs for the delisting to take effect) it is blocked again. I’ve tried this through two different internet connections and even got a friend to try and she was blocked as well. Maybe there’s something in my WordPress that is causing this? Help! Thanks!
