    Hello,

    I can’t modify or create entries anymore in Connections. If I try to modify or create an entry, I get an error message:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    It seems I can delete entries though, it’s the only thing I can do.

    Of course I’m using the administrator’s account, so I should have all the required permissions.

    It used to work perfectly before, and I don’t think I’ve modified anything lately.

    Both WordPress and Connections are up to date (WordPress 6.6.2 & Connections 10.4.65)

    I haven’t noticed any other errors with my other plugins.

    It sounds like another plug may have altered the user role capabilities. Please try these steps:

    Navigate to the Connections Roles admin page, check the reset all role capabilities option, and save the change.

    If that did not fix the issue, try:

    Creating a new admin account, log into the new account and see if the issue is resolved.

    Hello, and thanks for your answer!

    I tried all of that this morning but unfortunately none of these solutions helped.

    Concerning the 3rd solution with Code Snippets, I can’t even create a new snippet. I copy-paste the given code but when I want to save it, I run into this error message: “Failed to update the extract. Request failed with status code 403”. Maybe I’m doing something wrong…

    Do you have any other ideas?

    Hey!

    I’m sorry for this double post but the problem seems resolved now. I have not done much more than this morning though… I just tried several times again to reset all role capabilities option, and it seems it finally worked for some reason. I managed to modify a few entries and I created a new one, everything seems to work as it should!
