I can′t open and edit a site in Elementor

    Hi,

    i click on “Edit with Elementor” to open and edit a page. There were no problems all the time. Now suddenly the page is not loaded in Elementor. I have activated the safe mode. but that did not help.

    The plugin is up to date. I logged out and in. But the problem is still there.

    What could be the reason?

    Usually, this happens because of low memory limit or other requirements that are not met on your hosting. Please make sure if your hosting has all these:

    The memory limit is the same like on a other bigger WP Site. Same hosting Service, but there i can open and edit pages in Elementor.

    PHP-Speicher-Limit (memory_limit): 256M

    I can′t upload images here. There is the Elementor loading icon. After some seconds the site shows a window on the bottom right side:
    “No editing possible?
    ENABLE SAFE MODE
    Having problems loading Elementor? Please enable safe mode to be able to fix the problem. Learn more”

    Sharing the link to the site that is having this issue, might help, for starters.
    Can you please provide that link?

    Just know, I tried editing one of my sites, and had the same issue, while trying to edit in Firefox browser. In chrome, same site, no issues. That sometimes happens, and after a while, guessing some update of the browser, it is ok again to edit with Elementor.

    Have you tried editing in another browser?

    I have now tested it in other browsers. There it works. In Chrome it does not work. Chrome is up to date. I have cleared the cache. Now it works.

    Great, in my case it worked in Chrome and not Firefox, yesterday.
    Today, it works again in Firefox too, probably cache related indeed.
