I cant optimize my images

    Hi

    I am getting errors when i am optimizeing my images in Image optimization dashboard (Bulk optimization) option and also in media library.

    Error: Failed to get optimized image from remote server

    I am using server 1, and i am think that API from https://resmush.it/ have some problems. Can you pls check?

  • Hello.

    I checked – Server 1 is working fine. May be the security policy of your site is blocking the download? Try selecting a different server.

    Thank you for replay,

    I test again server 1 and I see that now I dont have problems.
    I see that server 1 use api from resmush.it and in that time when i optimize images in log i see that Robin image optimiser use some of resmush.it like 3 of 6 server so that 3 server in that time is not working well, i check on this page to see status: https://resmush.it/status i see in that time that status go to red line…

    Is possible to you add more resmush.it servers so if one server not working like [Server Paris #1] to use resmush.it Server Rouen #1,Server Rouen #2, Server Rouen #4 ?

    Also, I see that when i am disable plugin and delete plugin after that i install again why delete optimizated images? Like i need to optimize same images 2 times? is possible to save that data?

    You cannot select a server via the Rasmus API. They automatically distribute the load.

    When you delete the plugin, the optimized images are not deleted, but the optimization information is deleted, so the plugin thinks that they are not optimized.
