• I have been using wordpress together with a purchased theme.

My theme comes with an additional posting page module which I will put in additional informations on my subjects.

The problem I am facing is after I have add listing to post, I could view it as webpage on a draft mode. But after I have it published, all I get is “Not found, Please browse our sitemap to find your Article” on the webpage.

Could somebody help to solve this issue ??

    Thank you
    Casey

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

As this happens only after I have update wordpress, why is it not the issue of wordpress but on the theme provider ??

It was working fine before the update. Nothing have been done to the themes.

why is it not the issue of wordpress but on the theme provider ?

Because this theme simply may not be compatible with WP 3.4.2. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

which commercial theme are you using for your site?

they may provide the support ticket and forum also. There may be other users who may face same problem. So go to forum of theme provider and check ticket or you may need help of any expert.

    Thanks

It is not possible to help you if you don’t provide the name of the theme and your website url would help too.

    My website is propertyquests.com

    please help

We do not support commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.
