I can't put any images from Media Gallery onto pages, posts or portfolio

  • Since I automatically upgraded to 4.0.1 i haven’t been able to put any images onto our website. I have uploaded them into the media library but when I press on add image to slideshow or just go to Media library on a post or a page nothing happens at all. I am having this message at the top of the dashboard but it was there before I upgraded. Notice: add_contextual_help is deprecated since version 3.3! Use get_current_screen()->add_help_tab() instead. in /home/umaorg/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3201
    Please can anyone help me? I am a complete beginner knowing nothing about computer programming, ohly just able to do the webpages.

  • It looks like you’re using the Choices theme which is a paid theme. They have their own support department.

    I’m having the same issue! My admin site is running super slow, and being a photographer, my posts are only photo galleries and it’s not letting me post photos. I’ve only had the site for a little over a month, so I know its not a storage issue. I can only upload one photo, maybe two into a post, and prior to the update I could upload 15….20. I’ve tried removing all plugins, changing the theme….nothing is helping. I’ve been working on trying to get this fixed for days! Help!
